We developed a new-to-market nutrition and hydration system built around a BPA-free proprietary flask and pod platform. The pods feature a unique semicircular design that allows three pods to nest cleanly inside the bottle for portability and convenience.
Our engineering team developed and validated a series of subsystems to deliver the flask’s unique functionality, working closely with global manufacturing partners to bring the product through tooling and into production. In parallel, we designed the packaging structure and unboxing experience for both the flask and pods; a cohesive brand expression that reinforces the system’s innovation, quality, and ease of use.
