Steffen Koury

Director, Product Development

Steffen is the Director of Product Development at Motiv. He has 18 years of experience in product development including project management, design trend forecasting, leadership & strategy, and market & consumer research. He has managed many large accounts and multiple programs in variety of industries including housewares, hardware, consumer electronics, and health & beauty. His client list includes Keurig, Vitamix, Coravin, Bionaire and Shark/Ninja.

Prior to Motiv, Steffen was the Design Manager of Product Development at Proteus and Industrial Designer at Design Continuum. Some of his notable clients were Millipore, Bauer, Gyration and Accu-Check.

Steffen holds a Bachelors degree in Industrial Design from College for Creative Studies. He has been awarded numerous Good Design awards and holds over 120 design patents.
