Lead Industrial Designer

Growing up in Hamilton, MA, Marcus Hanna developed a passion for design early on, leading to a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Syracuse University. Throughout his career, Marcus has worked with clients of all sizes and styles, focusing primarily on sporting goods, military equipment, consumer electronics, and housewares. Marcus has led concept design efforts for renowned clients such as Cascade, Nemo Equipment, Petco, Jetboil, Shockdoctor, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Fox Racing, and SharkNinja. 

He believes that finding industry parallels and unique perspectives is key to driving innovation and success for businesses. He integrates design into every aspect of his life, embracing the creative process in everything he does. Thanks to his strong understanding of research methods and design thinking, Marcus can efficiently draw on valuable insights. His expertise in ideation, 3D modeling, and prototyping makes him an exceptional problem solver and collaborator. 

Currently residing in West Gloucester, Marcus enjoys the area’s coastal recreation with his dog Cody. He can be found paddle-boarding, surfing, relaxing on the beach, or zipping through single track in Ipswich. During the winter he heads up to the mountains to ski or builds furniture in his shop. Marcus is always up for great food and seasonable beers around the Boston area.
